Absolutely, you can exchange your item for something new.
Exchanges work just like returns. If you added the optional Redo coverage at checkout, your exchange is totally free. If not, there is a simple $7 fee for any return or exchange on that order. Just head to our Redo returns portal and enter your order number plus your zip code or email.

If the new item costs more or less than your original pair, we will either charge or refund the difference so everything stays balanced.
