If you chose our Free Return Option with Happy Returns, you will receive your refund right when the QR code is scanned at the drop box location of your choice. If you chose Print pre-paid UPS return shipping label option we ask for 30 days after See Kai Run receives your return for the refund to be processed. After the refund has been completed, please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your card statement.
