Starting a return or exchange is easy.
Just head to our Redo returns portal and enter your order number plus your zip code or email. Once you submit your request, you will get a prepaid return label, a QR code, and a link to nearby drop off locations.
If you choose Instant Exchange, your new pair ships right away. A small temporary hold is placed on your card until your original items are scanned by the carrier. If the return is not sent back within 7 days, the cost of the new order will be charged.
