We want returns to be as simple and stress free as possible.
You can find the full details on our Return Policy page, but here is the quick overview.

We accept returns within 45 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping charges, gift boxes, and any promotional discounts. Shipping fees cannot be adjusted, and final sale or discontinued items are not eligible for return.

Starting in March 2025, we have partnered with Redo to make returns even easier. For a $3.75 optional fee added at checkout, you get free unlimited returns and exchanges for that order within the 45 day window. Redo covers the cost of all return shipping labels and exchange shipping.

If you choose not to add Redo coverage, there is a flat $7.50 fee for any return or exchange on your order.

Please note that Redo fees are non-refundable, even if you do not end up making a return.
